# TermHub Draft Customer Terms

This draft is for production configuration only and is not legal advice. A customer may use TermHub only for the organisation recorded at checkout, within its purchased plan and the applicable source-data licence. Customer access is personal to its workspace and may not be shared, sublicensed, redistributed, scraped, or used to create a competing terminology-data service.

TermHub may suspend access when payment fails, an API key is compromised, usage exceeds plan limits, or applicable licence terms require it. Suspension does not transfer ownership of source data. TermHub provides release provenance but customers remain responsible for clinical validation, regulatory compliance, and safe use in their software.

This draft must be replaced by solicitor-approved terms before paid activation.
